Any product received at the warehouse damaged/used, Tales&stories will not be liable for refund. Re-shipping of the used/damaged products will cost Rs. 99/- flat.

All the orders requested for exchange/return should be put forward within 30 days of delivery. The request needs to be placed by filling a simple form from "EXCHANGE/ RETURN REQUEST".
