Cancellation by Us

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged the said amount will be reversed back in your in your Card Account. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Tales and Stories Denim Co. Pvt.Ltd and accept Tales and Stories Denim Co. Pvt.Ltd decision regarding the cancellation Products once dispatched cannot be returned except when an approval have given through info@talesandstories.com

 

Cancellation by You

You can cancel the order within 48 hours of your purchase by visiting your "My Account" section and cancelling order or writing to info@talesandstories.com for your prepaid order. The cancellation will be effective within 24 hours and you will get a confirmation email. The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Tales and Stories Denim Co. Pvt. Ltd. and accept Tales and Stories Denim Co. Pvt. Ltd. decision regarding the cancellation.

 

Refund Policy

a) If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account (same mode of payment).

b) If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we will send a cheque to the billing address.

Typically, the refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving your items. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

a) NEFT/Bank Transfers: It would take 5 working days for it to be deposited into your account.

b) Cheques: It would take 5 working days for it to be mailed to you and may take a few days for the cheque to be delivered at your billing address.

c) Credit/Debit Card or Net-Banking: We process it in 2 working days but it may take up to 7 working days for the credit to reflect in your account.
